TCY may, at any time, for any reason, make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Also, we may, at any time, cease to operate part or all of our services or disable certain portions of the site. Any such modifications in our services or site will not pose any obligation or liability to you. The usage of our services and site does not guarantee that you will continue to avail an access to these services and site.
If, at any time, a change is made to the agreement or terms of service, you will be informed through the service. If you continue to use the site and services, it implies that you agree to all the changes made to the same. Your dissatisfaction with the changes will be taken into consideration only if you cease using the services or notify us. TCY has the right to act in its absolute discretion and modify or terminate the site at any time.
Description of Services and Site
The services provide users an opportunity to promote high standards of English Language skills in Professional and Academic spheres through assessment, periodic reassessment and certification of persons. The Certification is broadly aligned with the competency framework defined by CEFR. It evaluates all the four language skills: speaking, reading, writing and listening.
The TELT certification process conducts an impartial online examination under proctored conditions, which uses objective criteria and scoring to measure competence. TELT examiners and other staff have no conflict of interests. This scheme facilitates TELT's acceptance at national and international levels and establishes the environment for recognition of language skills of a person for the purpose of Employability.
Agreements and Warranties
While registering with the site, you agree
• To provide accurate information which must match with the information on Aadhar card
• To maintain confidentiality wherever required by TCY
• To not share your password with any third person
• To be responsible and accountable for all the actions that take place from your account
While you register for the test, you warrant that the information or material provided by you, either offline or online, is true in all aspects and you will be held liable, if any objectionable or incorrect information is provided. Also, once you have registered for the test, it is implied that you agree to the Procedures and Regulations applicable.
