"The Winning Formula for Success" India's 1st Sports Marketing Book

India's leading sports and Management institute, the International Institute of Sports & Management (IISM) in Mumbai, Maharashtra, launched India's first-ever book on Sports Marketing titled "Business of Sports: The Winning Formula for Success" authored by noted Sports author Vinit Karnik.
This is the first book in a series to be launched as a part of a knowledge series. The book has been published by Popular Prakashan Pvt. Ltd. The book was released by Bhagat Singh Koshiyari, the Governor of Maharashtra in the presence of Nilesh Kulkarni Founder & Director of IISM.

Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Singh Thakur released the Volume-IV of selected speeches of President Ram Nath Kovind named 'Loktantra Ke Swar' and 'Republican Ethics' at the Rashtrapati Bhavan Cultural Centre. This book captures President's thoughts on varied topics such as public service, ethics, education, aspirations of the youth, contemporary global issues.
The speeches of the President of India are part of our heritage - preserving for posterity the vision, the aspirations and the achievements of the nation, reflected in the wise words of our Head of the State.
The books have been published by the Publications Division under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

Ruskin Bond's Book Titled 'Listen to Your Heart: The London Adventure' Released

A new book titled "Listen to Your Heart: The London Adventure" authored by Ruskin Bond, was published by Penguin Random House India (PRHI). Ruskin Bond, India's famous Children's book author, was born in Kasauli (Himachal Pradesh) and grew up in Jamnagar (Gujarat), Dehradun (Uttarakhand), New Delhi and Shimla (Himachal Pradesh).
His latest book, Listen to Your Heart: The London Adventure gives readers a peek into the four years he spent in the Channel Islands and England. The fifth – and final – volume of his memoir, talks about how he muses over his loneliness, switches jobs, falls in love, befriends the ocean and relentlessly chases his big dream of becoming a famous writer.

Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu Releases Book 'Modi@20'

Vice president M. Venkaiah Naidu released the book "Modi@20: Dreams Meet Delivery". Comparing Prime Minister Narendra Modi with Mahatma Gandhi, vice president M. Venkaiah Naidu said that as the latter took the freedom struggle out of the hands of the elite to turn it into a mass movement, the former converted developmental initiatives into a mass movement.
He said that Modi put to effective use his valuable learnings to write a development script for his state of Gujarat as its chief minister and scaled up the same at national level as the Prime Minister. He said Modi's vision, his dreams and 'Mission India' have been shaped by his extensive travels and insightful, experiential journey.
Lauding the efforts of the Prime Minister, Shah said PM Modi presented an excellent example of how schemes can be made for the last person of society in a sensitive manner, and how they can be made available to the people.

Bengali Translation 'Meursault, Contre-enquête' Wins Romain Rolland Book Prize 2022

The fifth Romain Rolland Book Prize – Romain Rolland Book Prize 2022 was awarded to the Bengali translation of the French novel "Meursault, contre- enquête" (The Meursault Investigation). The award ceremony was organized by the French Institute in India. Meursault, contre-enquête is the debut novel of Algerian writer and journalist Kamel Daoud.
The award was presented to translator Trinanjan Chakraborty and publisher Esha Chatterjee of Patra Bharati, a leading publisher of prestigious Bengali books, during the French Literary Festival-French LitFest 2022 at Bikaner House in New Delhi. This is the first time Patra Bharati, the publisher, has gotten this honour.
The Romain Rolland Book Prize, which was established in 2017, honours the finest translation of a French title into any Indian language, including English. As part of the prize, the winning publisher and translator will each receive a guided trip to the Paris Book Fair 2023 (Livre Paris 2023).
