YuvaSpark Founder Akarsh Shroff Conferred with National Youth Award

Akarsh Shroff, the founder of YuvaSpark, was conferred the National Youth Award, for his pioneering efforts in enhancing early childhood education in India, particularly through anganwadi digitisation and innovation in rural education infrastructure.
The National Youth Award, instituted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, is conferred annually to individuals under 30 years of age who have shown exemplary commitment to national development and social service. The award was presented to Akarsh by Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya at a ceremony held at the Parliament House, New Delhi. The event recognised awardees from both the current year and previous year, with a total of 22 young changemakers honoured.

Adani Group Wins Four Gold Honours at IAA Olive Crown Awards 2025

The Adani Group, one of India's foremost infrastructure conglomerates, secured four prestigious gold honours at the IAA Olive Crown Awards 2025, reaffirming its commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
The awards, presented by the International Advertising Association (IAA), celebrate excellence in green advertising and sustainable initiatives. The Adani Group was named Corporate Social Crusader of the Year and Green Advertiser of the Year, recognizing its consistent efforts toward fostering a greener future.
Notably, Adani's powerful short film 'Pankha' won gold in two major categories TV/Cinema (Corporate) and Digital showcasing the company's creative and impactful messaging around sustainability.
The awards ceremony, held in Mumbai, was attended by prominent dignitaries including Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narwekar. Ajay Kakar accepted the accolades on behalf of the group.

PM Narendra Modi Conferred Sri Lanka's Highest Civilian Honour

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was awarded Sri Lanka's highest civilian honour, the Mithra Vibhushana, for his contributions to strengthening the historic ties between India and Sri Lanka. The honour was conferred upon him by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake during a ceremony held at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo. This prestigious recognition is a reflection of the deep-rooted friendship and cooperation between the two nations.
Mithra Vibhushana is Sri Lanka's highest civilian award, first introduced in 2008.
Previous recipients include former Maldivian President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.

Nikhil Singhal Honoured with Uttar Pradesh Anmol Ratan Award

Nikhil Singhal, a distinguished media strategist, Founder of Vigor Media Worldwide, and President of the Noida High Rise Federation, was honoured with the prestigious Uttar Pradesh Anmol Ratan Award. The award ceremony was organised by the Tapasya Foundation Trust at the Taj Lucknow. This recognition highlights his remarkable contributions to the public relations industry and his exemplary leadership in strategic communication.
The event brought together distinguished personalities from various sectors, including media, public relations, corporate communications, and governance. The award was presented by Akhilesh Yadav, former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, in recognition of Nikhil Singhal's groundbreaking contributions in revolutionising the PR landscape and crafting impactful communication strategies.

Mansukh Mandaviya Confers National Youth Awards (2021-22 & 2022-23) and Viksit Bharat Youth Parli...

A significant highlight of the conclusion of Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament proceedings was the conferment of the National Youth Awards for the years 2021-22 and 2022-23 by Union Minister of Youth Affairs & Sports and Labour & Employment, Mansukh Mandaviya.
A total of 24 National Youth Awards were given in individual and organisational categories. Eleven awards were presented for NYA 2021-22 in the individual category. Thirteen awards were given for NYA 2022-23, which includes twelve awards in the individual category and one award in the organisation category.
The award consists of a medal, a certificate, and a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000 for individuals, and a medal, a certificate, and a cash prize of Rs. 3,00,000 for organisations.
Additionally, Union Minister Mandaviya conferred the Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament Awards 2025 upon exceptional participants who demonstrated remarkable leadership and articulation during the event.

RSWM Limited Receives Three Prestigious Recognitions at MATEXIL Export Awards 2023-2024

Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Limited (RSWM Limited), the flagship company of LNJ Bhilwara Group, was recognised for its outstanding export performance by the Manmade and Technical Textiles Export Promotion Council (MATEXIL), at an industry leading event, the MATEXIL Export Awards 2023-24 in Mumbai.
At the MATEXIL Export Awards 2023-2024, three recognitions were conferred to RSWM by Giriraj Singh, Union Minister of Textiles, Government of India, who had graced the event alongside industry leaders.
RSWM was recognized with:
Gold in the category of Best Export Performance in Spun Yarn (2023-24)
Silver in the Best Export Performance category for Man-Made Fibre Yarn Blended with Natural Fibre (2023-24)
Bronze in the category of Best Overall Export Performance Special Award (2023-24)

Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama was honoured with the Gold Mercury Award for Peace and Sustainability at a special ceremony held at his residence in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. The award was presented by Gold Mercury International, a globally recognised think tank dedicated to promoting peace, governance, and sustainable development.
