Bar President Writes to Kerala High Court Chief Justice Alleging Justice Mary Joseph Writing Judg...
Kerala High Court Advocates' Association (KHCAA) president Yeshwanth Shenoy wrote to the Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court alleging that retired High Court judge Justice Mary Joseph is continuing to write judgments even after she demitted office in June.

Shenoy argued that though judges are usually permitted to continue holding on to their office for a month, that is only intended to let retired judges to clear out their personal belongings and not to carry out any pending administrative or judicial work.
