Konijeti Rosaiah Died

Former chief minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh and veteran Congress leader Konijeti Rosaiah died on 4th December, 2021. He was 88. Rosaiah political journey began in 1968 as an MLC. He also served as the Governor of Tamil Nadu from August 31, 2011 to August 30, 2016.

Ex-head of World Athletics Lamine Diack Dies

Lamine Diack, the former head of world athletics' governing body who was convicted of corruption, died in Senegal at the age of 88.
Diack led the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) from 1999 to 2015, making him one of the most powerful people in athletics. But he was later found guilty of running a clique that covered up Russian doping in return for millions of dollars in bribes.

Sanjay Dutt is Arunachal's Brand Icon

Sanjay Dutt was roped in as Brand Ambassador of '50 Years of Arunachal Pradesh' celebration.
Ha said that Arunachal Pradesh's culture, food and people are unique.
Dutt kicked off the media campaign for the month-long celebrations at Mechuka in Shi-Yomi district of the state.
Known erstwhile as North Eastern Frontier Agency (NEFA), Arunachal Pradesh came into existence as a Union Territory on January 20, 1972.

Francisca Susano, Oldest Person in the World, Dies

The oldest person on the earth, Francisca Susano, who was born in the 19th century passed away in the Philippines' Negros Occidental province.
Francisca Susano or 'Lola' was 124 years old which makes her the oldest person in the world breaking the record of France's Jeanne Calment, who attained the age of 122.
Her official declaration as the oldest person in the world at 124 years old is currently validated by the Guinness World Records.
