Kazuo Ishiguro's New Novel 'Klara and the Sun' to be Released
Nobel Prize-winning author Kazuo Ishiguro will come out with his new novel 'Klara and the Sun' next March.
This is the first novel by Ishiguro since he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature and will be published by Faber & Faber in the UK, Alfred A. Knopf in the U.S. and Knopf in Canada in March 2021.

Naoroji: Pioneer of Indian Nationalism Biography by Dinyar Patel
Historian Dinyar Patel's biography of Dadabhai Naoroji, "Naoroji Pioneer of Indian Nationalism" was published by the Harvard University Press in May 2020.
Patel is an assistant professor at the Department of History at the University of South Carolina.
He researched the life and career of Indian Nationalist Leader Dadabhai Naoroji.
He focused on the Indian Nationalist Movements, the city of Bombay and the Parsi Zarostrain community.
He contributes to the BBC News, the NewYork Times online, The Hindu and Scroll.in
The book displays the life chapters of Dadabhai Naoroji like the chapters on his campaign on the British parliament Elections and his political works in London and his victory in the Central Finsbury seat in 1892.
The book provides a detail on how Naoroji got the support of William Gladstone and Lord Ripon of Liberal party and Irish Home Rule activist respectively.

Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank Launches Booklet Titled "Safe online learning in the times of COVID-19"
Union Minister for HRD, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank launched the information booklet titled "Safe online learning in the times of COVID-19" to raise awareness of students and teachers on staying safe online, virtually in New Delhi. The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and UNESCO New Delhi Office developed this booklet.
The booklet will be instrumental in keeping children, young people safe online through basic do's, and don'ts that will help parents and educators teach their children how to use the internet safely.
In India, an estimated 71 million children aged between 5-11 years access the Internet on devices of their family members, constituting about 14 percent of the country's active Internet user base of over 500 million. Two-thirds of internet users in India are in the age group of 12-29 year (Data shared by the Internet & Mobile Association of India). Data and statistics have highlighted that post lockdown, the internet has amplified the risk of cyberbullying, including online discrimination for children and young people.
With the aim of addressing these concerns, the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and UNESCO New Delhi Office developed this information booklet.

Ruskin Bond's New Book Released on His 86th Birthday
Popular author Ruskin Bond has authored a book titled 'Hop On: My Adventures on Boats, Trains and Planes.
The e-book format was released on the occasion of his 86th birthday.
The illustration has been done by Samrat Halder and published by Speaking Tiger's children's imprint Talking Cub.
Some of Bond's other titles published by Talking Cub include 'When I Was a Boy: Scenes and Stories from My Childhood', 'Friends in Wild Places: Birds, Beasts and Other Companions' and 'The Book of Crazy Mischief' (co-edited with Jerry Pinto).
