'Grandparents' Bag of Stories' Title of the Forthcoming Book of Author Sudha Murty

The new book titled 'Grandparents' Bag of Stories' aims at entertaining children featuring 20 stories.
Penguin Random House announced a new children's book by author and philanthropist Sudha Murthy to mark her 70th birthday.
Penguin Random House India marks the 70th birthday of India most beloved writer Sudha Murty with the announcement of her new book. The publishing house is coming out with her latest collection of short stories, titled 'Grandparents' Bag of Stories', which is scheduled to be released in November 2020.
The new children's book will feature 20 stories by Murty.
The stories were penned to entertain children who were found themselves "homebound during these days, without school and holiday plans" amid the pandemic.

Arjun Subramaniam's New book, "Full Spectrum: India's Wars, 1972-2020″

Retired Air Vice Marshal Arjun Subramaniam has authored a new book titled, "Full Spectrum: India's Wars, 1972-2020″. The book portrays the comprehensive account of war and conﬂict in contemporary India over the past ﬁve decades next month. It will be published by HarperCollins Publishers India Pvt. Ltd.
It is the sequel to his 1st book, 'India's Wars: A Military History, 1947-1971'.
The book includes all major operation that the armed forces have participated in, including the Kargil conﬂict of 1999, insurgencies in the Northeast, terrorism and proxy wars in Jammu and Kashmir, separatist violence in Punjab, the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF) intervention in Sri Lanka, and the continued stress along the Line of Control( LoC)and the Line of Actual Control(LAC).
Arjun Subramaniam is an accomplished ﬁghter pilot who ﬂew MiG-21s and Mirage-2000s in his career.
Arjun Subramaniam stated that the book is a tribute to the soldier, an ode to the unsung helicopter and transport pilots & a salute to the sailors who help their captain on the bridge.

Prakash Javadekar Launches the Booklet on Best practices of Human-Elephant Conflict Management in...

Prakash Javadekar, Union Minister of Environment Forest & Climate Change (MoEFCC) launched the booklet on "Best practices of Human-Elephant Conflict Management in India" to strengthen coexistence of the human-elephant, along with the Beta Version of "Surakhsya" during the event on the eve of World Elephant Day. The booklet aims to reduce the Human Elephant conflicts and avoid the loss of lives of both humans and elephants.

Books Titled 'Corona Kavithakal', 'Republic Day 2020' and 'Thus Speaks the Governor' Authored by ...

Books authored by Mizoram Governor P. S. Sreedharan Pillai titled 'Corona Kavithakal' was released by Mizoram Chief Minister Zoramthanga. Meanwhile 'Republic Day 2020' and 'Thus Speaks the Governor' were released by Gauhati High Court Chief Justice Ajai Lamba through a video message. These books are part of his recently penned books(at least 13), which include collections of poems in English and Malayalam in English and Malayalam since March i.e. during the lockdown.
Ten of his poems, including "Corona Kavithakal" in Malayalam, are related to COVID-19.
His other poems include Vayojanam (Elderly), Wuhan, Mahamari (Pandemic) and Oh, Mizoram (a collection of poems in English- which will be included in the book Oh Mizoram) among others.
He published his 1st book in 1986. He published 105 books before becoming governor.
Till now he has written at least 121 books of different categories, including poetry.

"Amazing Ayodhya" A New Book of Ayodhya History

"Amazing Ayodhya" a book by Neena Rai promises to shed light on the history of Ayodhya.
The book gives authentic information about the city of Ayodhya and will help in understanding the life and times of ancient Hindus.
The book aims to gain knowledge of the architecture in Ayodhya, houses in Ayodhya, establishment of the city and animals which lived in Ayodhya.
According to the publishing house Bloomsbury, the book is well-researched and is replete with descriptions and draws out comparisons of earlier eras with our current life and culture.
