Indian women's team vice-captain Smriti Mandhana was adjudged the women's Player of the month for September. The 29-year-old made two centuries against Australia in New Chandigarh and New Delhi, respectively.

Four-time Olympic gold medalist Ariarne Titmus made the shock decision to end her career at the age of 25.
