The Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force recruit their personnel (Other Ranks) through the Agniveer Scheme. Recruitment is under various modules/disciplines, like General Duty, Tech, Clerk/Store Keeper, Tradesman etc. Educational qualifications are a little different for each module/discipline (Class 10th/Matric for GD; 10+2/Intermediate for Tech, Clerk etc). In each case, the candidates are first required to take a qualifying test, consisting of subjects deemed necessary for the trade they have applied for.
