NSO to conduct nationwide Migration Survey in 2026–27 to update mobility data

Adampur renamed Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji Airport; Halwara civil terminal inaugurated

On 2 February 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi renamed Adampur Airport in Jalandhar as Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji Airport and virtually inaugurated a new civil terminal at Halwara Airport in Ludhiana.
