President Droupadi Murmu Confers PM Rashtriya Bal Puraskar

  • President Droupadi Murmu conferred the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar on the occasion of Veer Bal Diwas in New Delhi. This year, 20 children from 18 States and Union Territories were awarded for demonstrating outstanding achievements. Speaking on the occasion, the President said that the awards will encourage the recipients and also inspire children across the country.

Rashtriya Vigyan Puraskar 2025 proceedings announced

President Droupadi Murmu conferred Rashtriya Vigyan Puraskar 2025 at Rashtrapati Bhavan, recognizing excellence in science, technology and innovation. In the second edition, 24 awards were distributed across Vigyan Ratna, Vigyan Shri, Vigyan Yuva, and Vigyan Team categories. Padma Vibhushan recipient Prof. Jayant Vishnu Narlikar was honoured posthumously with the Vigyan Ratna.
