Vivek L. Bhimanwar sworn in as Chairman, Maharashtra PSC

Bulgaria appoints Andrey Gyurov as interim prime minister ahead of April elections

Bulgarian President Iliana Yotova has appointed central bank deputy governor Andrey Gyurov as interim prime minister to steer the country toward national elections scheduled for 19 April 2026. Delhi Police launches Op Shashtra to curb online weapon culture

Delhi Police launched Operation Shashtra to curb the online glorification of weapons among youths. In the first phase, 61 FIRs have been registered and 67 people arrested, including 15 teenagers who were produced before the juvenile justice board. The police seized 69 firearms, 93 live rounds, and several knives and sharp-edged tools. The drive aims to counter the digital normalisation of weapon use through short-format videos and reels. Indian Teams Flag Off Mount Aconcagua Expedition

Modi congratulates Manipur CM on oath-taking

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Yumnam Khemchand Singh on being sworn in as Chief Minister of Manipur.
