Chartered Accountants Day

  • The Chartered Accountants' Day or CA Day is held on July 1 every year in India. It is also known as ICAI Foundation Day. The day is marked to commemorate the foundation of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  • The Chartered Accountants' Day honours the founding of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the second-largest accounting organization in the world and the country's first national professional accounting body. It was created on July 1, 1949, as a statutory body by the Indian Parliament under the Chartered Accountants Act.

National Doctor's Day

  • National Doctor's Day, which takes place on July 1 in India, is a special day that is commemorated worldwide in different countries on various dates. In India, a single person inspired the creation of their national version of National Doctor's Day. He was Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, and he was one of India's most well-known and respected doctors.
