Bust of Rabindranath Tagore Unveiled at Indian Embassy in Beijing

A bronze bust of the Indian literary and cultural icon Rabindranath Tagore was unveiled at the premises of the Embassy of India, Beijing in Beijing. The sculpture, created by famed Chinese sculptor Yuan Xikun, was inaugurated on the sidelines of a cultural symposium titled 'Sangamam – A Confluence of Indian Philosophical Traditions'. The event marked a significant moment in India�'China cultural diplomacy and the shared civilisational heritage between the two nations.

President of India Unveils Bust of Former President of India, K. R. Narayanan

The President of India, Droupadi Murmu unveiled the bust of former President of India, K. R. Narayanan at Raj Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of former President of India Ram Nath Kovind, Governor of Kerala Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Governor of Bihar Arif Mohammed Khan and other dignitaries.
She said that K. R. Narayanan's life is a story of courage, perseverance, and self-belief. Through immense dedication and the power of education, he went on to occupy the highest constitutional office of our nation. His academic excellence was a symbol of what determination and opportunity can accomplish when guided by purpose.

Ningol Chakouba 2025: Celebrating in Manipur

In Manipur, the festival of strengthening the bond of love between married ladies and their brothers, along with paternal families, Ningol Chakouba was celebrated. The festival is celebrated every year on the second day of Hiyangei month of the Meitei calendar. In this festival, the married ladies are invited to their paternal families for a feast to be had together with their brothers and other family members. After the feast, they are given gifts by their brothers. Ningol Chakouba is a Manipuri phrase meaning Ningol- married ladies and Chakouba- having a grand feast together.

First Ramayana Wax Museum Unveiled in Ayodhya

Ayodhya added another feather to its cap this Deepotsav, with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurating the world's first Ramayana-themed wax museum, a unique tribute to the epic that defines India's spiritual and cultural heritage.
Built opposite Kashiram Colony along the Chaudah Kosi Parikrama route, the 9,850 sq ft fully air-conditioned museum recreates the divine aura of the 'Treta Yuga', offering visitors a vivid, immersive experience. It features 50 lifelike wax statues of Ramayana characters, including Lord Ram, Sita, Hanuman and Ravana, each crafted with meticulous attention to expression, costume and posture.
Designed in South Indian architectural style, the two-storey museum traces the journey from Ram Lalla's childhood to the Ram-Ravana war, enhanced by 3D lighting effects, devotional music and the fragrance of sandalwood. Only 100 visitors will be allowed at a time to ensure an intimate experience.

In a blend of music and artificial intelligence, A. R. Rahman partnered with Google Cloud to launch Secret Mountain—an immersive entertainment venture featuring AI-powered digital avatars. This collaboration marks a major leap in how music, culture, and technology intersect to shape the future of digital storytelling and fan engagement.
Secret Mountain is a metahuman digital band conceived by AR Rahman. It comprises six hyper-realistic synthetic avatars, each crafted to represent diverse cultures and musical styles.
These avatars are designed to look, move, and express emotions like real humans, offering audiences a lifelike performance experience in virtual environments.
