Under "Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana, around 15,000 students have enrolled for coaching classes in the year 2021.
This scheme was launched by Delhi Government. It was launched for various competitive exams at some private centres.
It covers children belonging to economically poor background and marginalised communities.
Besides free coaching, students will also be provided travel stipend amount of Rs 2,500 by Delhi government.
Under it, bright students belonging to SC, ST, OBC and EWS categories are given free coaching for competitive exams, from private coaching centres.
Family whose earnings are less than Rs.8 lakh per annum can avail the benefits of the scheme.

Amit Shah Launches 'Ayushman CAPF' Health Card
Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced that the Central government has extended the benefits of the "Ayushman CAPF healthcare scheme" to the personnel of all Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). The scheme was launched in line with the commitment of the Modi govt to ensure healthcare facilities of CAPF personnel so that they can discharge their duties with full concentration.
Under this scheme, CAPF personnel & their families would be able to avail cashless in-patient and out-patient healthcare facilities across the hospitals that come under Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY.
It covers all Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) officials & serving personnel as well as their dependents from seven forces namely, Border Security Forces (BSF), Assam Rifles, Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and National Security Guard (NSG).

Rural Development Ministry-Flipkart MoU for DAY-NRLM
Ministry of Rural Development of Government of India (MoRD) and Flipkart has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihood Mission (DAY-NRLM).
The MoU between ministry & Flipkart will help in empowering local businesses and self-help groups (SHGs) by bringing them into the e-commerce fold.
Partnership is in line with the DAY-NRLM's objective of strengthening the capabilities of rural communities for self-employment and entrepreneurship.
Thus, it provides further momentum to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of an Atma Nirbhar Bharat.
The MoU is a part of the Flipkart Samarth program. It was signed with the aim of providing skilled & underserved communities of weavers, craftsmen, and artisans with national market access using the Flipkart marketplace.
Haryana Cabinet Approves Revised 'Samadhan Se Vikas' Scheme
The Haryana Cabinet gave approval to the revised "Samadhan Se Vikas" scheme to enable the recovery of long-pending External Development Charges outstanding.
The scheme was earlier formulated to enable the recovery of long-pending EDC dues and was approved by the Council of Ministers in its meeting held in July 2020.
An amount of Rs. 1130.13 crore has been recovered under this policy till September 30, 2021.

TN Chief Minister Stalin Launches 'Illam Thedi Kalvi' Scheme
The Tamil Nadu government decided to reject the National Education Policy, 2020 (NEP 2020). Chief Minister M. K. Stalin announced this during the launch of 'Illam Thedi Kalvi', the education scheme on our doorstep. He also said that Tamil Nadu would start working on State Education Policy to implement an improvised education system.
As per M.K. Stalin's statement, 'NEP will not be followed by the state. An expert committee would be formed by the state government to prepare a new state Education Policy.'
The 'Ilam Thedi Kalvi' programme was launched from the Villupuram district on October 27, 2021. This scheme was established by the government accepting the recommendation of an expert committee.
The aim of the 'Illam Thedi Kalvi' is to reach out to each and every student of the state who was affected due to the closure of schools due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The scheme aims at further developing and strengthening the education system further.
