Mango Magic Festival 2026 Promotes Indian Mangoes in Seattle
The second edition of the Mango Magic Festival took place in Seattle, Washington, to promote Indian mango varieties in the United States. The event drew over 100 importers and representatives from major retail chains, including Costco Wholesale, highlighting demand in North American markets. At least seven premium Indian varieties were showcased, among them Alphonso, Kesar, Banganpalli, Himayat, Langra, Dussehri, and Rajapuri. The festival was organized by the Consulate General of India in Seattle, with support from India’s agricultural agencies. India remains the world's largest mango producer, cultivating more than 1,000 varieties and yielding more than 26 million metric tons annually.
