Thomas Cook Launches TravSure Programme
Thomas Cook India and SOTC launched a new program called 'TravSure' to enhance traveller confidence. TravSure offers financial protection and 24/7 support for international group tours, and will soon extend to personalised holidays. The program includes features like free rescheduling and refunds for unused services, additional trip protection, and round-the-clock customer support.
The launch of TravSure is a response to the ongoing geopolitical tensions and aims to reassure customers and boost their confidence in travelling. It is a customer-centric initiative that provides a stress-free journey with comprehensive support and financial protection.

Railways Launches 'RailOne' App as One-Stop Solution for Passenger Services
In a major step toward enhancing passenger experience, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw launched the 'RailOne' app at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi, marking the 40th Foundation Day of the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS). Designed to be a comprehensive, all-in-one platform, the RailOne app aims to streamline and simplify access to a range of railway passenger services through a user-friendly interface.
The RailOne app integrates key services such as booking unreserved and platform tickets with a 3% discount, live train tracking, grievance redressal, e-catering, porter booking, and last-mile taxi services. While reserved ticket bookings will continue through the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation platform, RailOne is authorised by IRCTC and joins a list of partner apps offering railway services.

Indian Airline Breaks into World's Top 3 Low-Cost Carriers
IndiGo secured a spot among the world's top low-cost airlines in the 2025 Skytrax World Airline Awards. Malaysia-based AirAsia topped the global rankings, followed by Singapore's Scoot, with IndiGo taking third place.
Notably, no Indian airline featured on the list of the world's best full-service carriers, which was topped by Qatar Airways. This marked the ninth time the airline claimed the top spot in the 26-year history of the Skytrax Awards, often referred to as the Oscars of the aviation industry.
Qatar was also named Best Airline in the Middle East, World's Best Business Class, and Best Business Class Airline Lounge.
