World Chocolate Day
World Chocolate Day or International Chocolate Day is celebrated around the world on July 7. The day is an annual global celebration of chocolate, which allows people to gorge and indulge, hopefully guilt-free, in it. On this day chocolate lovers from all over relish eating different kinds of chocolate or create several dishes with it like cakes, pastries, sinful and gooey brownies, hot chocolate or chocolate mousse, without any guilt.
World Chocolate Day was first celebrated in the year 2009. However, some even believe that people started marking July 7 as International Chocolate Day because it was the day when chocolate was first introduced to Europe in 1550.
Global Forgiveness Day
Every year July 7 is observed as Global Forgiveness Day. On the day, seek forgiveness and have the big heart to forgive others for their mistakes.
Global Forgiveness Day was founded in 1994 by the CECA (Christian Embassy of Christ's Ambassadors). It originally started in Canada, but as it gained popularity throughout the world, it was renamed as Global Forgiveness Day.
While there is a different Forgiveness Day in August, founded by the Worldwide Forgiveness Alliance, the Forgiveness Day on 7th July was founded by CECA. Honestly, though, both days really have essentially the same message; to forgive!
