Agastya Jaiswal from Hyderabad Becomes first Graduate at Just 14 Years
Fourteen-year-old Agastya Jaiswal from Hyderabad has claimed himself to be the first student in India to complete his graduation at the age of 14 years.
Jaiswal has completed his BA Mass Communication and Journalism Degree from Osmania University.
He is also the first boy in Telangana to pass Class 10 at the age of 9 years with 7.5 GPA. At 11 years of age, he was also the first boy in Telangana to pass the intermediate examination with 63 per cent.
He is also a national-level table tennis player.

Bihar Education Minister Mewalal Choudhary Resigns from Newly Formed Cabinet
Newly-appointed Bihar Education Minister Mewalal Choudhary resigned from his cabinet post. He tendered his resignation within 72 hours of taking oath as a cabinet minister following the pressure from the opposition over corruption charges levelled against him.
His resignation has been accepted by the Governor.
The education portfolio has been given to Ashok Choudhary who is also in charge of the Science and Technology Department, Building Construction Department, Social Welfare Department and Minority Welfare Departments.
Mewalal Choudhary is accused of misusing his position as the vice-chancellor of Bhagalpur's Sabaur Agriculture University in 2011 to influence the recruitment of 161 assistant professors and junior scientists.

Kris Gopalakrishnan as Chairperson of RBI's Innovation Hub
Gopalakrishnan, co-founder and former co-Chairman, Infosys, has been appointed as the first Chairperson of the Reserve Bank Innovation Hub.
Gopalakrishnan is currently the Chief Mentor of Start-up Village, an incubation hub for start-ups.
RBIH would be guided and managed by a governing council led by a Chairperson.

Former HP Assembly Speaker Tulsi Ram Passes Away
Former Himachal Pradesh assembly speaker and senior BJP leader Tulsi Ram passed away at Palampur. He was 78.
Tulsi Ram was the speaker of the Himachal Pradesh assembly from 2007 to 2012 and was elected MLA thrice in 1990, 1998 and 2007 from the Bharmour assembly constituency.
He was a great statesman who worked tirelessly for the cause of vulnerable sections of society.
Tulsi Ram's contributions for the development of the Bharmour assembly constituency were immense and he would always be remembered.

Rajasthan Minister Bhanwar Lal Meghwal Passes Away
Rajasthan Minister Master Bhanwar Lal Meghwal passed away at the age of 72.
The five-time MLA was reportedly suffering from brain haemorrhage.
He was Rajasthan's Social Justice and Empowerment Minister who represented the Sujangarh assembly constituency of Churu district.
He was a Member of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly constituency Sujangarh Churu, Rajasthan. He was the member of Indian National Congress.
