Smart India Hackathon VTU Begins; SIH 2025 Hardware Edition Highlights

The SIH 2025 hardware edition began at Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) in Hubballi, with 20 teams and around 120 student innovators across India participating in the opening ceremonies. The national challenge, organized by MIC and AICTE, invites teams to address real-world problems posed by ministries and industry partners. The event marks another phase in SIH's decade-long effort to promote open innovation, engineering skills, and collaboration between students and government agencies, continuing a national tradition of encouraging problem-solving and product development at the undergraduate level.

Infosys Foundation Expands GoSports Partnership to Gear for Gold

Infosys Foundation expanded its GoSports collaboration into a broader 'Gear for Gold' initiative supporting multiple Olympic disciplines. Anahat Singh beats Joshna Chinappa in final to win HCL Squash Indian Tour 4 in Chennai

India's rising star Anahat Singh extended her winning run over veteran Joshna Chinappa to clinch the women's title at the HCL Squash Indian Tour 4, Chennai 2025 tournament on Saturday.
The 17-year-old Anahat, the top seed and India's highest-ranked woman at world No. 29, prevailed 3-2 (11-8, 11-13, 11-13, 11-6, 11-8) in a gripping 52-minute battle against the unseeded but vastly experienced 39-year-old Chinappa.
This was Anahat's third win over Joshna in as many matches.

India’s 2026 T20 World Cup jersey unveiled by Rohit Sharma and Tilak Varma
