Space Station's Inflatable Room Successfully Deployed
NASA successfully deployed the first experimental inflatable room attached to the International Space Station.
The 1,400 kg Bigelow Expandable Activity Module was built by Las Vegas-based Bigelow Aerospace under a $17 million NASA contract.
Inflatable habitats are designed to take up less room on a spacecraft, but provide greater volume for living and working in space once expanded.

Mars Once Hosted Habitable Environments
As per a new study, Mars had habitable environments with liquid water once upon a time. Scientists have found evidence for widespread buried deposits of iron- and calcium-rich carbonates on the Red planet.
Carbonates beneath the surface of Mars points to a warmer and wetter environment in that planet's past.

Two Craters Discovered on Moon
A team of scientists has discovered two geologically young craters in the moon’s darkest regions. One is 16 million years old and the other is between 75-420 million years.
Finding geologically young craters and honing in on their age understand the collision history in the solar system.
Impact craters tell the history of collisions between objects in the solar system.
