Eligibility Criteria for SBI Specialist Officers Exam (as on 30-11-2015):

Educational Qualification:
For Deputy Manager (Law): Graduate with a degree in Law or a Law Graduate who has passed 5 years integrated Law course from a recognized university in India and two years of experience as Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks/Financial Institutions and State Level Development Financial Institutions. The experience should be after enrolment as advocate with Bar Council.


For Assistant Manager (System): B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/Computer Applications/ Information Technology/Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunications/Electronics and Communications/Electronics and Instrumentations
OR
M.Sc. in Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunications/Electronics and Communications/ Electronics and Instrumentation/Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Applications
OR
MCA from Government recognized University or Institution
And
Experience in computer programming in a reputed organization, where available, would be desirable.

Age Limit:

• For Deputy Manager (Law): Minimum 21 and maximum 38 years

• For Assistant Manager (System): Minimum 21 and maximum 30 years

Note: Age relaxation is as per government rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written exam and interview.
