Applications are invited for admission to various courses stated below from the candidates of the Northern Region Comprising Chandigarh (U1), Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
B.Sc. B.Ed. (Four Years)
B.Ed. (Secondary) (Two Years)
M.Ed. (Elementry Education) (One Year)
Eligibility
B.Sc. B.Ed. (Four Years): Senior Secondary oR equivalent examination passed in 2010 OR 2009 with minimum of 50% marks having the subject combination of either Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics OR Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
B.Ed. (Secondary) (Two Years) : B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics OR Botany, Zoology & Chemistry with minimum of 50% marks B.A. with minimum of 50% marks and with any two subjects out of any two combinations from the following three:
(a) Hindi/English/Urdu studied as optional subject,
(b) Geography/Economics,
(c) History/Political Science.
M.Ed. (Elementary Education) (One Year): B.Ed. OR equivalent examination with minimum of 50% marks* in Education Theory Papers.
How To Apply
Forms can be obtained by hand or post on depositing an IPO for Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) drawn in favour of the Principal, Regional Institute of Education, Ajmer (Rajasthan)- 305004 and payable at Ajmer along with a self-addressed envelope (26 cm x 20 cm) bearing postal stamps of Rs. 25/-.
The Application Form can also be obtained at the institute counter through payment of Rs. 100/- either by IPO or Cash.
Application form can also be downloaded from the website and the duly filled in application form along with necessary enclosures and IPO of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of Principal, RIE, Aimer payable at Aimer may be sent to the Administrative Officer, Regional Institute of Education, Aimer-305004.
