| Eligibility Criteria of NHM Recruitment |
| Educational Qualification:Candidates should possess Degree in Ayurveda for Medical Officer, Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent for Pharmacist and Matric with Science/Higher Secondary or equivalent for Female Health Worker. |
| Age Limit: Age of the candidates should be between 18 and 45 years and below 65 years for retired persons. |
| Application Fee: General category candidates have to pay Rs. 200, while SC/ST/OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 100 through demand draft. |
| Selection Process:Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. |
| How to Apply:Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format along with all relevant documents to the Chief Medical Officer of the concerned District on or before 30-11-2015. |
