Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited (MECL) is looking for committed, promising and passionate young Engineers for the post of 40 Engineering Trainees /Officer Trainees in disciplines of Geology, Geophysics and Mechanical Engineering through GATE 2013.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:
Discipline No. of Posts
Geology M.Sc/M.Tech/M.Sc Tech (Geology/Applied Geology)/M.Tech (Geological Technology) with first Division; Minimum 65% Marks.
Geophysics M.Sc/M.Tech/M.Sc Tech (Geo Physics/Applied Geophysics)/M.Tech (Geophysical Technology) with first Division; Minimum 65% Marks.
Mechanical Engineering BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Mechanical Engineering) with first Division; Minimum 65% Marks.

Essential Requirement:    MECL will be utilizing Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE-2013) scores for the recruitment of Engineering Trainees /Officer Trainees. All the interested candidates are essentially required to appear for GATE 2013.

Age Limit (As on 31st March, 2013):   Maximum 28 Years
(*)  Age relaxation will be extended as per Govt. rules.

Training Period:  1 year

Pay Scale after Training Period:   Rs.16400/- 3% - 40500/-  Plus Applicable Allowances.

Application Fee:
For General/OBC category Rs. 100/-
For SC / ST category Nil

Selection Process: Candidates will be short listed On the basis of GATE-2013 score and Personal Interview.
