Haryana Gramin Bank Recruitment 2012 - Posts of 345 Officers and Office Assistants


Haryana Gramin Bank invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale-III), Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale-II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale-I) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September, 2012 and declared qualified. The eligible candidates may apply through online mode.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Rs.13212 inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rates depending on the place of posting; Medical Aid, LTC, Gratuity, etc. will be admissible as per Rules of the Bank.

Probation Period: 2 Years for Officer Scale-I to III & 1 Year for Office Assistant (Multipurpose).

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification & Experience (As on 1st June, 2012):
For Officer Scale- III Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree/diploma in Banking, Finance Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-Operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics & Accountancy. Min. 5 Years
For Officer Scale- II (General Banking Officer) Min. 2 Years
For Officer Scale- II (Specialist Officers) Chartered Accountant- Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Min. 1 Year
Treasury Manager-Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Post graduate Degree in Finance from a recognized University/Institution.
For Officer Scale- I Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Candidates are required to possess proficiency in the Official Language of the State in which RRB is located and must have passed “local language” i.e. Hindi as one of the subjects at Matriculation/Xth Standard. -
For Office Assistant -

Essential Requirement: Candidates should have obtained the specified Total Weighted Standard Score as well as score in each test in the RRBs - Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012.

Age Limit:
For Officer Scale- III Below 40 years
For Officer Scale- II Above 21 years - Below 32 years
For Officer Scale- I Above 18 years - Below 28 years
For Office Assistant Between 18 years and 28 years

(*) Age Relaxation will be extended as per Govt. of India guidelines.

Application Fee:
For SC/ST Candidates Rs. 20/-
For Others Candidates Rs. 100/-

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of RRBs Common Written Examination (CWE) Score Card conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview.

Interview Centre: Rohtak (Haryana)

Call Letters for Personal Interview: All eligible candidates will be issued call letters at the correspondence address given by the candidates in their application form, which will be sent by post/ courier.
