If he goes to Kolkata, then he meets 5 delegates and if he goes to Delhi, then he meets 6 delegates.
So, 'none of these' is more appropriate.

If he meets D in Vizag, he can meet a maximum of 6 delegates, (from previous question).
So, option (1) is wrong.
If he goes to Vizag, he can go to Mumbai and either Delhi or Kolkata.
So, option (2) is wrong.
He should not meet ‘E’, if he wants to meet maximum number of delegates (from previous question).
So, option (3) is wrong.
