Hello,
I am Sagar Raikwar. I had appeared for Dec 2014 UGC-Management paper.
I think I have secured sectional cut-off in each sections (Paper-I, II, III)
And i belong to OBC category (Non-creamy layer)
But i am not eligible for JRF neither for lectureship.
I can apply for Ph.D in my coordinating university.
Please need assistance on this. I have read the bulletin twice ,
I am still having doubts.
Please help out.
