View _ The author claims that the salaries of teachers should based on academic performance of students.hence,it is a diplomatic issue, it has both postive and negative effects.author claims only the postive effects but he does not consider negative effects.

firstly,as the author says ,if teacher salaries based on acdemic performance of students it will motivate the teachers for more efforts in their profession.teachers become more responsible in their work.it can inculcate the seriousness among teachers as well as students.it will discourge the nonserious people to enter in this profeesion.it will attract the passionate and challenging people to enter in this profeesion.

secondly ,beside the postive effects there are some negative effects also .it can also add some malpractices in this profession.it may demotivate the teachers also.As the performance of students does not entirely depend upon the teachers ,students own interest encouage them to study

At the end ,it can concluded that there are both postive and nagative effects as dicussed above ragarding the issue claim by the author .

Dear Navjot, you have covered the whole content, that is required for this response. First thing, that I wish to point out is that there are serious capitalization errors. Further the points have not been elaborated. You have just listed out the points. It would have been better if you had elaborated all the points and develop a concrete conclusion. Try this and this can become a wonderful response.
