The topic explains that the best way of teaching an educator, employer or parent is to point out only positive things and to ignore the flaws in the person. I disagree with this because until unless we do not point out the mistakes of an individual, an individual will not came to know about their weak points. One should point out the lacunae in a person's work. It will discourage them from repeating errors. If a person is not told about his mistakes, it may make the person over confident. He may repeat same errors. Furthermore, criticism should be moderate, it should never cross the limits. On the other hand, criticism should not be over the top, it may result in loss of talent pool. Talented people may leave the place and no innovations would be there. In case of employees, if criticism is over the top it may result in financial losses. In case of children, excessive criticism may lead them to wrong path and they may develop a revolting behaviour. One should properly distinguish between the mistakes which ought to be encouraged from the mistakes which ought to be discouraged.
