A man raj goes to the top of a building by a vertical spiral staircase . rani goes up the same mass t the top the samebuilding standing by the ladder. which of the two does more work against dravity why?

Work done will be same as both are moving against the gravity which is acting downward and people are moving upward so work done will be based on height they covered which is same for both.
