With over 350 million young people in India, Yutopia marks a strategic step toward building youth-affirmative systems that engage young people as equal stakeholders in national development.
Yutopia seeks to co-create pathways and frameworks for institutions to engage young people not merely as beneficiaries or employees, but as active collaborators.

Australian Scientists Grow World's First Living Skin with Blood Supply in Lab
In a big breakthrough, Australian scientists successfully grew the world's first fully functioning human skin in a lab, complete with its blood supply. The study was conducted by Dr. Abbas Shafiee, a tissue engineering and regenerative medicine scientist at the Frazer Institute at the University of Queensland, in collaboration with Metro North Health.
This is the most life-like skin model that's been developed anywhere in the world and will allow to study diseases and test treatments more accurately.

Indian Opener Jaiswal Tops Wisden's 'Best 40 Young Players in the World' list
Nine young Indian talents made it to the list of 'The Best 40 Young Players in the World' issued by reputed cricket publication, Wisden, with opener Yashasvi Jaiswal topping the charts and another rising Indian star in the top 10.
Jaiswal was ranked as number one. At a young age of 23, Jaiswal has emerged as the backbone of the Indian Test set-up, with 2,209 runs in 24 Tests and 46 innings at an average of 50.20, with six centuries and 12 fifties.
The second spot went to the West Indies pacer Jayden Seales. At number three was England's all-rounder Jacob Bethell. The fourth spot was occupied by New Zealand pacer Will O'Rourke. South African left-hander Lhuan Dre-Pretorious took the fifth spot.
Pakistan pacer Naseem Shah (6th), Afghanistan opener Rahmanullah Gurbaz (7th) and teen South African pace sensation Kwena Maphaka (8th), the Gujarat Titans (GT) star Sai Sudharsan is at ninth spot and Afghanistan's Ibrahim Zadran (10th).
India Left-arm Spinner Gouher Sultana Announces Retirement from Cricket
India left-arm spinner Gouher Sultana announced her retirement from international cricket.
With 66 ODI wickets at an average of 19.39, Sultana has the third-best for any India bowler to have taken at least 50 wickets in the format.
Sultana featured in two ODI World Cups, in 2009 and 2013, and grabbed 12 wickets in 11 fixtures at an average of 30.58. She has also played in three T20 World Cups from 2009 to 2014, and scalped seven wickets while bowling at an economy rate of 5.81.
The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) onboarded satellite-based internet provider Starlink for customer verification. Starlink Satellite Communication Pvt Ltd was appointed as a sub-authentication user agency and sub-eKYC user agency.
Promoted by US tech billionaire Elon Musk, Starlink is the world's largest space-based communication company, with a presence in over 125 countries. It got a license to operate satellite based broadband in India back in June. Starlink will now use Aadhaar authentication to verify customers, in a move that will make the entire process smooth.
Fifteen Bills Passed in Both Houses
The monsoon session of Parliament, which concluded, recorded poor productivity in both the Houses as protests led by the Congress and other Opposition parties repeatedly stalled proceedings over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar.
According to Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju, Lok Sabha registered only 31 per cent productivity, while Rajya Sabha managed 33 per cent.
According to an official release, 14 Bills were introduced in the Lok Sabha, of which 12 were passed. In total, 15 Bills were cleared by both Houses, including the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill, 2025, the National Sports Governance Bill, the National Anti-Doping (Amendment) Bill and the Taxation Laws (Amendment) Bill.
Government Approves Procurement of 97 Tejas Jets for IAF
The government approved the proposed procurement of 97 Light Combat Aircraft Tejas fighter jets and six advanced airborne early-warning and control (AEW&C) aircraft for the Indian Air Force at a cost around Rs. 85,000 crore.
The two procurement projects were given the green light by the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Tejas jets will be procured at a cost of around Rs. 67,000 crore while the AEW&C project will cost the exchequer around Rs. 18,000 crore.
