U.S.-based preacher Fethullah Gulen is ready to return to Turkey if Washington approves Ankara’s request for his extradition over the failed July coup.
Turkish President has accused Gulen of ordering the failed putsch and Ankara wants Washington to arrest the Islamic cleric and deliver him to Turkish authorities.
The preacher, who lives in self-imposed exile in Pennsylvania, has denied any involvement in the putsch.
Telecom operators Reliance Communications and Aircel, which announced their merger about a week ago, will bid separately in the upcoming mega-spectrum auction where all the seven applicants have made it to the final list of bidders.
RCom is eligible to bid for spectrum across the country except in the North East and Assam. There are many restrictions on bidding eligibility for Aircel. It cannot bid for spectrum in premium 700 Mhz, 800 Mhz and 2500 Mhz in any of the circles.
