The suicide attack on a Hazara demonstration in Kabul that killed at least 80 people and was claimed by the Islamic State (IS) was apparently the deadliest assault by the terror group in the Afghan capital.
The Taliban, who are more powerful than the IS group in Afghanistan, have denied any involvement in the attack.
