Russia plans to retaliate against Turkey for the downing of a warplane by imposing sanctions, cutting economic ties and scrapping major investment projects.

Five Bank Hired for Managing Coal India Stake Divestment
Five Indian investment banks including ICICI Securities and SBI Capital have been hired to manage a 10 per cent stake divestment in state-owned Coal India.
The stake sale, valued at about $3.2 billion at the current stock price, is part of government's aim to raise Rs. 69,500 crore by March by selling minority stakes in government-owned companies.
Other banks who have been hired to manage the offering are Axis Capital, JM Financial and Kotak Investment Banking.
The US space agency has successfully installed the first of 18 flight mirrors onto the James Webb Space Telescope, beginning a critical piece of the observatory’s construction to replace the Hubble Space Telescope by 2018.
After being pieced together, the 18 primary mirror segments will work together as one large 21.3-foot mirror.
