How can I edit/update my profile details?

Editing/updating your profile is very easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  • ‘Login’ into your account.
  • Click on ‘Edit Profile’ on the left side of the page.
  • Just add/edit your personal and educational information. It would be automatically updated.

How can I change my registered email id?

You can easily change your email id by following the steps as mentioned below:

  • ‘Login’ into your account.
  • Click on ‘Edit Profile’ on the left side of the page.
  • Enter your new Email ID in the Email textbox.
  • Click on the link “Click here to confirm your email”.
  • After clicking on it, a verification email is sent to the new email id. Click on the verification link and your email id gets changed.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by following these simple steps:

  • ‘Login’ into your account.
  • Click on ‘Change Password’ on the left side of the page.
  • Enter your old password and new password and save it.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You can easily recover your password by following these easy steps:

  • Go to the Login screen.
  • Click on the ‘Forget Password’ option.
  • Type your Email address in the space provided and click on the ‘Retrieve’.
  • You will get an Email with your password.

Can I deactivate my TCYonline account? If Yes, how?

Yes, you can deactivate your account from the website but you would still remain part of our TCY Analytics.

To deactivate your account, follow these steps:

  • ‘Login’ into your account.
  • Take the mouse cursor on the right corner of the screen. A menu will appear. Select ‘Privacy’.
  • A pop-up appears with the option ‘Deactivate Account’ on the upper right side. Click on it.
  • A confirmation message appears. Click on ‘Yes’ to deactivate your account.
