How can I edit/update my profile details?

Editing/updating your profile is very easy. Just follow these simple steps:

‘Login’ into your account.
Click on ‘Edit Profile’ on the left side of the page.
Just add/edit your personal and educational information. It would be automatically updated.

How can I change my registered email id?

You can easily change your email id by following the steps as mentioned below:

‘Login’ into your account.
Click on ‘Edit Profile’ on the left side of the page.
Enter your new Email ID in the Email textbox.
Click on the link “Click here to confirm your email”.
After clicking on it, a verification email is sent to the new email id. Click on the verification link and your email id gets changed.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by following these simple steps:

‘Login’ into your account.
Click on ‘Change Password’ on the left side of the page.
Enter your old password and new password and save it.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You can easily recover your password by following these easy steps:

Go to the Login screen.
Click on the ‘Forget Password’ option.
Type your Email address in the space provided and click on the ‘Retrieve’.
You will get an Email with your password.

Can I deactivate my TCYonline account? If Yes, how?

Yes, you can deactivate your account from the website but you would still remain part of our TCY Analytics.

To deactivate your account, follow these steps:

‘Login’ into your account.
Take the mouse cursor on the right corner of the screen. A menu will appear. Select ‘Privacy’.
A pop-up appears with the option ‘Deactivate Account’ on the upper right side. Click on it.
A confirmation message appears. Click on ‘Yes’ to deactivate your account.

What are the available modes of payment through which I can buy/subscribe to your test material?

The various available payment options are:

Credit Card / ATM-cum-Debit Card / ITZ Cash Card / Internet Banking/ Paytm wallet
Other payment options- Cash/DD/Cheque. View Details

How soon will my services be activated?

In case of online payment through credit card, ATM-cum-Debit card, ITZ Cash Card, Internet banking or Paytm wallet, the subscription is activated immediately. However, if payment is made through a demand draft, cash deposit or a cheque, please allow us 3-5 days to activate your subscription.

Can I upgrade my account?

Yes, you can upgrade your account any time. We provide 5 free tests and their analysis so that you can experience TCYonline and subsequently upgrade your account to become a premium member. As a premium member, you will get access to additional features and tests which are not available to other users.

Can I cancel my subscription?

No. Once a pack has been purchased, TCYonline will not be able to provide any refund, either in full or in part. We suggest that prior to making purchase at TCYonline, you go through the open tests available in the respective exam categories.

I have paid for one Test Category. Can I change my Category after some time?

No. Once you have paid for one category, you cannot change the category. However, you can always buy test series for other exams separately, for any number of categories.

Can I take the tests again and again?

As a free user, you can only take a specified number of tests. But as a premium member, you can take all the tests once and can view their analysis again and again .

Can I see my test analysis again?

The analysis of the paid tests can be seen only till your test series is in the validity period. After it expires, you won’t be able to see the analysis of the paid tests.

Can I get analysis of my previous tests?

You can view the analysis of all your previous tests till the time your subscription is valid. Once it expires, you won’t be able to see the paid tests analysis.

Is there any limit to the number of tests that I can take in an hour or a day?

Yes, there is a limit. In 10 min, you can take up to 10 tests and in one day, you can take up to 50 tests.

What’s the difference among the different available packs?

For a single exam category, you will find different packs based on their validity. You can choose the best suited pack based on the time for which you want to subscribe to the test series.

Will I get an expert for any subject related query?

No. We do not provide expert guidance. But with all our questions you will get answers and also conceptual explanations to those answers.
