JEXPO stands for Joint Entrance Examination - Polytechnic. It is an entrance examination which is conducted by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE) every year for selection of eligible candidates to the first year of diploma courses. Through this exam, candidates can get admission in the government and private aided polytechnic institutions of the state. Candidates who have completed 10th standard from a recognised board are eligible to appear in this examination.
