| Eligibility Criteria for SSA, Telangana Recruitment (2018): | |||||||||
| Educational Qualification: For Post Graduate Contract Resident Teacher (PGCRT): Candidates should have passed Post-Graduation Degree in the concerned subject or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks from a university recognised by UGC and Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.) or B.A.B.Ed. or B.Sc.B.Ed. from an institute recognised by NCTE. For Contract Resident Teacher (CRT): Candidates should have passed Graduation Degree or Post-Graduation Degree and B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognised institute. For Physical Education Teacher (PET): Candidates should have passed intermediate from a recognised board and Certificate/Under Graduate Diploma/Diploma in Physical Education from an institute recognised by NCTE OR Bachelor's Degree and Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) from an institute recognised by NCTE. For Special Officer (SO): Candidates should have passed Post-Graduation Degree, B.Ed., TET Exam Paper-II and Paper-II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET)/Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)/Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) with Mathematics and Science/Social Studies as optional subjects. |
