| Eligibility Criteria for SSA Assam Recruitment-2017: |
| Educational Qualification: Assistant Teacher for Lower Primary Level: Candidates should have passed Senior/Higher Secondary or its equivalent with LP-TET/CTET with at least 50% marks or Graduation from a UGC recognised university. Assistant Teacher for Upper Primary Level (Social Science): Candidates should have passed Graduation from a UGC recognised university with UP-TET/CTET or Graduation from a UGC recognised university with UP-TET/CTET with at least 50% marks. Assistant Teacher for Upper Primary Level (Maths & Science): Candidates should have passed Graduation (B.Sc.) from a UGC recognised university with UP-TET/CTET with at least 50% marks. |
| Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 43 years |
| Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the Personal Interview. |
| Application Fee: General and OBC Candidates have to pay Rs. 200 and SC/ST Candidates have to pay Rs. 150 through Indian Postal Order (IPO) in the name of Mission Director, Axom Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission, Kahilipara, Guwahati–19. |
