| Education Required | ||||||
| Aspirants must have the following qualifications as prescribed by the NCTE RTET qualification teachers of classes I-V (Paper I) 2015 Candidates should have passed in senior secondary with at least 45 percent marks. Those appearing in final 2 year diploma in bachelor of elementary education are also eligible. Candidates with B.A./B.Sc. with at least 50 percent marks and B.Ed. qualification can also apply. RTET Qualification Teachers of classes VI-VIII (Paper II) 2015 Applicants having B.A/B.Sc. and those appearing in final 2 year D.Ed /B.A./B.sc. with at least 45 percent marks and passed in B.Ed./senior secondary with at least 50 percent marks and passed or appearing in final year 4 year bachelor in elementary education B.A/B.Sc./B.Ed. with 50 percent in B.A. or B.Sc are eligible for RTET. |

| Candidates are required to pay the decided application fee as per the requirement mentioned in the official notification. Here we give you an idea of application fee as per the last announced notification. It may be possible that the govt. again revises the application fee as it is in this notification. • Application fee for the general category candidates = Rs. 500/- (in the last year recruitment notice) • For non-creamy layer candidates = rs. 350/- (in old notification) • For the SC/ST candidates = Rs. 250/- (last notification) |

| Eligibility Criteria | ||||||
| Applicants must have passed intermediate or its equivalent examination with English as one of its subjects. Applicants whose intermediate results are being awaited are also eligible to apply for the exam. Upper age limit of applicants belonging to unreserved and OBC categories is 22 years as on July 1, 2014 and for candidates of SC/ST categories, the upper age limit is 25 years. | ||||||
