| Educational Qualification:Candidates should have passed General Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing for Staff Nurse vacancies and HSE examination, and shall have completed ANM Course for ANM posts. |
| Age Limit: Age of the candidates should be between 21 and 32 years. |
| How to Apply: Interested candidates may apply in prescribed format along with self-attested copies of relevant documents. Send the filled form to Chief District Medical Officer, Ganjam on or before 15.11.2015. |
