| Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum of 40 years | ||||||||
| Educational Qualification: | ||||||||
| The candidate must have an MBBS Degree or an equivalent qualification. | ||||||||
| Application Fee: For SC, ST or OBC of Madhya Pradesh = Rs. 100 For others = Rs. 100 along with Rs. 40 as postal charges Rs. 50 will be charged for the rectification of any kind of mistake. |

| How To Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online from the website www.mponline.gov.in, www.mppsc.com and www.mppsc.nic.in. After the completion of online application, send the hard copy of the application and attested copies of all relevant documents affixed with self-addressed Rs. 6 postal stamp and super scribed as “Application for the post of Insurance Medical Officer/Assistant Surgeon, Department of Labor” should reach to The Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC), Residency Area, Indore (MP), Pin – 452 001 on or before 11-05-21015 till 05:30 PM. |
