| Eligibility Criteria for Stenographer and Clerk: |
| Educational Qualification: For Clerk: All candidates should have attained the degree of Bachelor of Arts OR Bachelor of Science OR equivalent thereto from a recognised university. Candidates should have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as one of the subjects. For Stenographer: All candidates should have attained the degree of Bachelor of Arts OR Bachelor of Science OR equivalent thereto from a recognised university. All candidates must qualify the English Shorthand test at a speed of 80 w.p.m. and 20 w.p.m. for transcription of the same on the date of test. NOTE:All candidates (for Clerk and Stenographer) should also have proficiency in Computers. |
| Age Limit (as on 01-01-2017): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 37 years |
| Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the Proficiency Test for Clerk and Shorthand Test for Stenographer. |
| Application Fee: General/UR/OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 125, SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 65 and PWD candidates have to pay Rs. 25 through E-Challan in any of the branches of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank for online application registration. |
| How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online through official website "http://ecourts.gov.in/ludhiana" before 09-05-2017, OR the application on prescribed pro forma along with attested copies of relevant testimonials i.e. proof of qualification, date of birth, category (General/SC/OBC/ESM etc.) and two passport size photographs must reach office by 09-05-2017 before 5.00 p.m. |
