| Eligibility Criteria for Karnataka Recruitment-2017: |
| Education Qualification: For Assistant Engineer: Candidates must possess a Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering as per the requirement OR must possess a Diploma certificate from a recognised Institute of Engineers regarding pass in parts A and B of the AMIE. For Junior Engineer: Candidates must be holder of a Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering as per the requirement from the Department of Technical Education in Karnataka. |
| Age Limit: For Assistant Engineer: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 35 years For Junior Engineer: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 35 years |
| Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the Kannada Language Test and Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT). |
| Application Fee: General Candidates have to pay Rs. 300, and 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B Category Candidates have to pay Rs. 150 through e-Payment. SC/ST/Category-1/PH Candidates do not have to pay any fee. |
