Junior Clerk and Junior Stenographer Recruitment Notification by Odisha Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC)

Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has circulated a recruitment notice for 875 Junior Clerk and Junior Stenographer vacancies on contractual basis to the following district cadre posts of various district offices under different Departments of Government of Odisha. Candidates with age between 18 and 32 years as on 01-04-2015 and a pass in higher secondary school (10+2) or any equivalent exam, with knowledge of basic computer skills can apply for these jobs from 26th September, 2015 to 16th November, 2015.

Scale of Pay:

Age Limit: Age of the candidates applying for Junior Clerk post should be between 18 and 32 years as on 01-04-2015 and 18 and 32 years as on 01-01-2015 for Junior Stenographer post. The upper age relaxation for the candidates belonging SC/ST/SEBC/Women category is 5 years, while it is 10 years for the candidates belonging to Persons with Disability category, as per government rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed higher secondary school exam (10+2) or any equivalent examination, with the knowledge of computer skills.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on physical exam, written exam and practical test.
Exam Fee: All applicants other than SC/ST Category and Persons with Disabilities have to pay Rs. 100 between 26th September, 2015 to 7th November, 2015 (online and offline).
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.osssc.gov.in from 26th September, 2015 to 16th November, 2015.
