| Indian Army has released a recruitment notification for 40 posts of Technical Graduates Course (TGC) for Grant of Permanent Commission in the Army. | Educational Qualification: Candidates should have an Engineering Degree or should be in the final year of Engineering Degree course. Candidates in the final year of degree course must complete all their examinations related to the degree before 01 July, 2022. They should be able to produce their engineering degree within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at IMA. Such candidates shall be inducted on an additional bond basis for recovery of the cost of training in IMA, notified from time to time, along with the stipend, salary and allowances paid, in case they fail to produce the requisite Degree Certificate within the specified time |
| Age Limit : 20 to 27 Years as on 01 July, 2022 (Candidates must be born between 2nd July, 1995 and 1st July, 2002.) |
| Selection Process: (a) Short listing of applications - The Integrated Headquarters of MOD (Army) reserves the right to shortlist the applications and fix the cut-off percentage of marks for each engineering subject/stream without assigning any reason thereof. (b) Only eligible candidates shortlisted on the basis of cut-off percentage will be interviewed by the Psychologist, Group Testing Officer and Interviewing Officer at the Selection Centres, Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP) and Bangalore (Karnataka). The call up letter for SSB interview will be issued by the respective selection centres, through the registered e-mail id of the candidate and SMS only. Candidates will not be interviewed at the local level. The allotment of Selection Center is at the discretion of DG RTG, IHQ MOD (Army), and no request for change will be entertained in this regard. (c) The candidates will be put through a two stage selection process. Those who clear Stage I will move to Stage II. Those who fail in Stage I will be refunded on the same date. The duration of SSB interview is five days, excluding the day of arrival, and the details are available on the official website. |
