Central Board of Secondary Education has announced the important dates for applying JEE (Main) Examination, 2013 for admissions to B.E./B.Tech courses at NITs, IIITs, DTU, Delhi and other CFTIs.

Important Dates:  
Opening Date for Online submission of applications 8th November, 2012
Last Date for Online submission of applications 15th December, 2012
Last date for receipt of complete Confirmation Page, by Registered/Speed Post only at JEE (Main) Unit 26th December, 2012
Date of Availability of Admit Card for JEE (Main) 1st March, 2013 onwards
Declaration of JEE (Main) Score and top 150000 candidates eligible for appearing in JEE (Advanced) 7th May, 2013
Declaration of All India Rank 7th July, 2013
Availability of Rank Cards on website 8th July, 2013
Dates of JEE (Main) for Pen and Paper Based examination 7th April, 2013
Date of JEE (Main) (Computer Based Examination) 8th April, 2013 to 25th April, 2013

 Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Only those candidates who have passed their Class 12th Exam or any other qualifying examination in 2011 or 2012; or those who are appearing in their Class 12th Exam or any other qualifying examination in 2013 are eligible to appear in JEE (Main) - 2013.

Age Limit: Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1988 are eligible.

(*)  Age relaxation will be extended as per Govt. rules.
