| About IIIT Hyderabad PGEE 2015 | ||||||||||||
| Admission to PG programmes at IIITH will be on the basis of the performance at the Postgraduate Entrance Examination (PGEE) and an interview to be held at Hyderabad. | ||||||||||||
| Eligibility Criteria | ||||||||||||
| Candidates must have passed any one of the following: • B.E./B.Tech. in Engg. (any branch including CS/ECE/EE/Civil/Inst./Biotech.) • B.Arch. or Master's degree in Science/Maths/IT/Computer Science • MCA NOTE: Admission into M.Tech., M.S. and Ph. D programmes is very flexible at IIIT. A student with an Engineering or Science degree in any field/area can seek admission into any other field/area for higher studies. |

| PGEE is divided into two sessions, each of 90 minutes. General Aptitude Paper: 1.5 hour duration • Objective Type Questions Subject Paper: 1.5 hour duration • Computer Aided Structural Engineering (CASE) - Descriptive Questions • Mathematics - Descriptive Questions • Computational Natural Sciences and Bioinformatics (CNSB) - Objective Questions • Computer Science Engineering (CSE) - Objective Questions • Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) - Objective Questions Note: Non-programmable calculator allowed for all of the above |

| Form Process | ||||||||||||
| • Candidates must complete the IIITH PGEE 2015 Pre-registration process to receive the official link and identification code for logging in. • Using this link and the identification code , the candidate has to log in and apply online via the main registration form. • After main registration; the candidate gets an acknowledgement email, which confirms that the registration is complete. . Note: Application will be considered valid only after the IIITH PGEE 2015 Pre-Registration and Main-Registration form is completed, and the application fee is received by IIITH. |
