Eligibility Criteria: |
| Age Limit: |
| Maximum 25 years as on 30th June 2014 for the general category candidates, i.e. candidates born on or after 30.06.1989. Age relaxation for OBC/SC/ST/PWD candidates will be applicable as per the Presidential Directives. |
| Educational Qualification: |
Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examination in respective discipline and awarded full time bachelor’s degree in the same discipline with minimum of 60 % marks from the recognized university.

| Selected candidates will initially undergo training for six months. During the training period, officer trainees will be entitled for a consolidated stipend of Rs 33,000/- per month. On successful completion of training they will absorbed at the entry level in the Management Cadre in “A” grade in the Salary Scale of Rs 24,900 – 50,500. |
| Candidates will have to appear in GATE 2014 in the relevant discipline. GATE exam codes for various exams are written below. |

| The selection process will include the marks obtained (Out of 100) by the eligible candidates in the respective paper of GATE 2014, followed by group discussion and personal interview of the candidates who qualify in the GATE paper and have been shortlisted category wise for the GD and interview. While drawing merit list of successful candidate’s 85% weightage would be given to GATE 2014 marks and 15% to Group Discussion / Tasks and/or Personal Interview. |
