| Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Eastern Railway, Kolkata has released a notification for 2972 posts of Act Apprentices. Interested candidates may check the vacancy details and apply online till 10/05/2022. | Job Location:- Kolkata |
| Age Limit:- Minimum 15 years and Maximum 24 years |
| Age Relaxation:- 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC - NCL and 10 years for PWBD category candidates |
| Education Qualification:- The candidates must have passed 10th class (Matriculation) examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognised Board and should also possess the National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT. |
| Education Qualification For Welder (Gas and Electric)/Sheet Metal Worker/Lineman/Wireman/Carpenter/Painter (General) trades :- The candidates must have passed 8th class from recognised School and should also possess the National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT. |
| Application Fee:- The application fee is Rs. 100/- (non-refundable) only. There is No fee for SC, ST, PWBD and all women candidates. The payment of fee will have to be made online through 'Payment Gateway' while filling up the online Application Form. The fee can be paid by using Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking etc. |
| Selection Process:- The selection will be made on the basis of merit (10th class or 8th class marks and ITI marks). |
| How to Apply:- Eligible candidates are required to apply online only through RRC Eastern Railway Official website (apprentice.rrcrecruit.co.in) from 11th April, 2022. The candidates are required to upload all documents like Photograph, Signature, Mark Sheets, Community Certificate etc. |
